Is there a setup fee?

No — self-serve Standard has zero setup fee. You subscribe and you're live. If you'd like white-glove implementation (EHR integration, content migration, admin training, hands-on kickoff), that's an optional paid onboarding we scope on a discovery call.

How is family count counted?

One family = one access code redeemed by a family member linked to a patient in the program. If a family stops attending, you can remove them from the active count and they roll off the next invoice.

Can I change my family count later?

Yes — anytime. Add families as you onboard new patients, scale back if a cohort wraps. Changes prorate on the next invoice.

What about cancellation?

Cancel any time from your admin console. On monthly you pay through the end of the current billing period. Annual is prepaid for the year — you keep access through the term you paid for.

Is there a long-term contract?

No — Standard is month-to-month. Enterprise plans typically run as annual agreements with quarterly review for roadmap alignment.

Do you bill in USD?

Yes. Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout for international cards. The displayed prices are USD.
